Private Consultations

Our Private Consultations provide a crucial first step on the path to a potentially successful application to Oxford or Cambridge. Consultations include a 20 minute mock interview followed by an opportunity to discuss specific questions on the admissions process. A Private Consultation is often the first interview experience a student has and allows us to identify an applicant’s strengths and weaknesses.

Testimonials from successful applicants, 2012

Just a quick thank you from us too. We are, of course, absolutely delighted, if not a little shocked as she really didn't think the interview went that well! Your programme is very professional and we are so happy that a friend referred us to you. We will recommend you on to our friends.

Parent of successful applicant, 2012

Thank you so much for everything you have done. I can safely say I wouldn't have been able to answer a single question without your help and your preparation (I'm not even joking - I couldn't have done a single question!)

Applicant after a Private Consultation, 2012

She said she particularly enjoyed the opportunity to engage in debate and to work out arguments in a group forum as she has not had much experience of that before. Thanks to you and all your staff who obviously put a lot of work in to organising it.

Parent after School of Ideas, 2012

I would like finally to thank yourself and the rest of the Oxbridge Applications team for all the help, and whether I obtain an offer or not feel the advice you have given has really helped my development, in both an educational and wider sense.
