Tutor Profile

Alexander Dragonetti

Alex studied Modern History at New College, Oxford in 2007, focusing on Medical History, Art History and Architecture. Whilst there his interests ranged from editing the college newspaper to winning a Jailbreak and even creating the first Varsity Punting match. He has worked as a tutor, interviewer and lecturer for Oxbridge Applications since graduating, giving over 250 mock interviews and chairing discussion groups of 30 in the process. Having been involved in Special Needs for several years, Alex has a particular interest in educational disadvantage. He has met with David Cameron and George Osborne to discuss educational issues and has a place to start with TeachFirst, an educational charity targeted at redressing educational disadvantage in challenging schools, in September.
